Our Approach
At RBE Capital, we purchase off market value add properties that require a modest front end CAPEX that will yield immediate high value returns. We implement an aggressive improvement plan that touches on everything from structural improvements, upgraded finishings, streamlining operations, and increase or improve upon existing community offerings for our tenants. We strive to provide a beautiful and affordable living space for our tenants while simultaneously offering extreme value for our investors.
Investors receive full transparency by seeing Pro Forma data for each deal and being fully exposed to the underwriting process as they desire so they can be confident that their investments are being stewarded properly.

The Guys
Jason has been married to his highschool sweetheart for over 30 years. He and Samantha have five children a.k.a "Raindrops" and four grandbabies or "Raindroplets" as they are called. Jason's 30 year career spans time as a Soldier, government official, and senior executive within Department of Defense contracting companies before launching Rains Brothers Enterprises with Orie in 2020. He desires to establish a financial vehicle that will help many families achieve financial independence so people can enjoy more time with those they love!
Orie and Jodie have been married for 9 years and have their seven year old son Houston who was named after our dad. Orie began his professional career as a truck driver at 18 years old and has held every position within a trucking company including foreman, and fleet manager before launching RBE with Jason in 2020. Orie is widely regarded as an expert within the trucking industry and is frequently called upon to consult with other companies due to his expertise. Orie's dedication to excellence spans across every activity he takes on and his keen business acumen is a tremendous asset to RBE Capital.
